Registration Information
Welcome to E=MC³, Clarence-Rockland’s swim club for adult swimmers and athletes! Whether you’re a returning member or joining us for the first time, here’s what you need to know about registering with the club.
General Registration Information
We offer swim sessions in the fall, winter, spring, and summer, with registration opening in advance of each session. Below are the sessions offered:

Monday: TRAIN TO KEEP FIT
Intermediate swimmers
Requirement: good basic technique of front crawl and general knowledge of back crawl.
Focus: becoming a better and stronger swimmer.
Expect to swim between 1500 and 2500m per practice.
You may also, in time, be introduced to other strokes for a variation.

Wednesday: TRAIN TO KEEP FIT (technical swim)
Intermediate to advanced swimmers
Requirement: good basic technique of front crawl and general knowledge of back crawl.
Focus: technical work and stroke correction, some intensity

Tuesday/Thursday: TRAIN TO PERFORM
More advanced swimmers
Requirement: strong skills in front crawl, good knowledge of back crawl
Focus: improving speed and endurance for personal or racing objectives
Expect high-intensity training, between 2500 and 3000m per practice.
You may also be introduced to other strokes for variation; this is not a requirement.
Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of registration.
If you are new to E=MC³, a member of our coaching staff will contact you for a skills assessment before registration in order to ensure that you are registered in the correct group.
If you are a returning swimmer, please read the session descriptions carefully in order to register for the correct evenings.
Cancellation/refund policy: no refunds will be given for missed practices. If you need to withdraw from the current session before the QUARTER point, and a spot can be filled by another swimmer, only then will you be refunded for the remainder of the session.
Last-minute practice cancellations, due to severe inclement weather or sudden pool closure, will be sent by email.and will be posted on our Facebook page.
YMCA Access

YMCA Members: No changes to your facility access—you may continue to use the YMCA as usual.

Non-YMCA Members: You will receive a special access card valid only during your scheduled swim times. Please note that additional fees apply if you wish to use the YMCA outside those times. Access to the facility beyond your scheduled session hours is not permitted.

Returning Members
Step 1 - Add your MSO Registration Fee for Season 2025-2026. MSO Season Starting in September of each year.
Step 2 – Choose your session. If you are registering for multiple sessions, you will need to complete the payment for each session separately.
Monday: Train to keep fit
150$For intermediate swimmers looking to improve their strength and techniqueValid for 15 weeks- Monday nights, 7:30-8:30pm
- 15 weeks, 14 sessions
- Starting September 8, 2025
- Requirement: Good basic technique of front crawl
- Expect to swim between 1500-2500m per practice
- Maximum of 28 swimmers
Tues/Thurs: Train to Perform
300$For advanced swimmers aiming to improve speed and endurance for personal goals or competitive racing.Valid for 15 weeks- Tuesday & Thursday nights, 6:30-7:30pm
- 15 weeks, 30 sessions
- Starting September 9, 2025
- Requirement: strong front crawl and basic back crawl
- Expect high intensity training, 2500-3000m per practice
- Maximum of 28 swimmers
Wednesday: Train to keep fit - technical
150$For intermediate to advanced swimmers seeking technical refinement, stroke correction, and moderate intensity.Valid for 15 weeks- Wednesday nights, 7:30-8:30pm
- 15 weeks, 15 sessions
- Starting September 10, 2025
- Requirement: Good basic technique of front crawl
- Work and stroke correction, some intensity
- Introduction of other strokes for a variation
- Maximum of 28 swimmers
