Session Description
Looking to improve your swimming skills and gain confidence in the water? Join E=MC³ and swim as part of a group and build your technique through targeted workouts. You’ll practice drills, refine all four main strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly), work on pace and rest intervals, swim at varying intensities to boost endurance, and challenge your comfort zone — all in a supportive and motivating environment.
